David Williams

David has over 30 years’ experience providing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advice. Prior to establishing Kidder Williams, David was the Managing Director of Challenger Corporate Finance, Head of the Melbourne corporate finance office of SG Hambros, Head of M&A at ANZ McCaughan, and Head of M&A at Arthur Andersen.

David holds an Honours and Master’s degree in Economics and conducted Ph.D. research on Cooperatives and their capital structures. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David is Chairman of ASX-listed companies; PolyNovo Limited and RMA Group Limited.

Tim Faulkner

Tim joined Kidder Williams in 2006. He advises publicly listed and large private companies on mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), initial public offerings and equity capital raisings. Tim has considerable experience managing transactions in food and agriculture with a particular focus on the dairy, almond, sugar and forestry industries. Prior to joining Kidder, Tim worked in audit and assurance services for a South Australian Chartered Accounting firm.

Tim graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting.

Daniel Levy

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions working in Australasia, Europe, the US, China and the Pacific, advising major local and multinational clients across a broad range of industries on transactions of up to A$6b. Daniel’s expertise is in deal origination, strategic buy- and sell-side advice, deal and contract negotiation, financial and commercial due diligence, merger integration and synergy assessment, takeovers and IPOs for companies in the Agriculture, FMCG, Industrial Products and IT sectors. Prior to joining Kidder Williams in 2007, Daniel worked for 10 years at KPMG and PwC in Assurance & Business Advisory, Transaction Services and Corporate Finance.

Daniel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce & Arts from Monash University.

Alex Macdonald

Alex joined Kidder Williams in 2015 after working at a mid-tier accounting firm for 9 years in the Business Services and Tax divisions. During this time Alex was a trusted advisor for businesses and high net worth individuals from a wide range of industries providing business, tax and structuring advice. During his time at Kidder Williams Alex has acted as CFO at related Start-ups Ratemyagent.com and Mobile Tyre Shop assisting in the IPO and capital raisings of the two.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University and is a member of Certified Practising Accountants of Australia.

Jamie Glynn

Jamie joined Kidder Williams in June 2020 after 5 years in M&A transaction services within Deloitte’s Dublin and Melbourne financial advisory practices gaining experience in the provision of due diligence, transaction related support and M&A advisory services across a variety of different industries.

Jamie is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin as well as a Master of Financial Services from the University of Limerick.

Ian Carney

Ian joined Kidder Williams in 2023 after 2 years working as a Manager in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services team. Ian has extensive financial due diligence experience across a number of different industries on both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Ian has also assisted with sale and purchase agreement advice and prepared completion accounts.

Prior to Deloitte, Ian worked as a Treasury Analyst for Downer Group for 4 years and was involved in managing Group liquidity requirements and cash flow forecasting.

Ian is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of College Dublin, specialising in Banking and Finance.

Jonathan Loveridge

Jonathan joined Kidder Williams in June 2023 after 2 and half years working in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance division. During this time Jonathan gained exposure to a wide variety of companies, focussing on large privately held and private equity-backed companies.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Monash University and has undertaken a course at the London School of Economics. He is currently undertaking a Diploma in Chartered Accounting to become a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Tom Dooleyheath

Tom joined Kidder Williams as an analyst in November 2023 following an internship with Kidder during his degree. Tom has a passion for agriculture and deep understanding of the Australian agri-business landscape, having grown up on his family’s beef and grains property in the Goulburn Valley,

Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce, finance, from the University of Melbourne and studied at the Esade Business School in Barcelona.

Harry Lusk

Harry joined Kidder Williams as a graduate in January 2024. Prior to joining Kidder, alongside his studies, Harry was an analyst at an independent corporate advisory firm based in Brisbane and has also completed several internships, including one at Macquarie Group.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland.
