Employment Applications

We collect personal information from you if you apply for a job with Kidder Williams.

By providing personal details, submitting an application or curriculum vitae, or registering interest for employment with Kidder Williams, you will supply Kidder Williams with personal information, including your application data, gender, right to work status, educational history and contact details (“your information”). Please note that, once entered, Kidder Williams will only collect, use and disclose your information where this is necessary for the administration of the recruitment process and, where applicable, your employment/engagement with Kidder Williams, or where Kidder Williams has a legitimate interest in processing the data.

If your application is unsuccessful, Kidder Williams may retain your information on file to the extent permitted by Australian law, and may contact you if another role arises. If your application is successful, Kidder Williams will retain your information as part of your employment records.
